Is our beer healthier than water?

Is our beer healthier than water?

My uncle used to say:
"Water is for the fish. Give me a beer."

It's a shame fish don't actually have that choice.
Because who knows, they might prefer a beer as well.

Anyway, here are:
3 REASONS WHY OUR BEER IS HEALTHIER THAN WATER

1. Better hydration 💦

In a study by the US Health Institute, athletes drank alcohol-free beer 45 minutes before a workout and they were less dehydrated afterwards than when drinking water. Alcohol-free beer contains electrolytes such as potassium and sodium, which are essential for regulating fluid balance in the body.

Water contains, you know, just water.

2. Less inflamation 🔥

Alcohol-free beer contains antioxidants like polyphenols, which are derived from the hops and malt used in brewing. These antioxidants can help reduce inflammation and are linked to various health benefits.

Again, water is just water.

3. Functional benefits 🍻

As you know, your Thrive Peak contains 10 grams of protein, your Thrive Play vitamin B&D. While protein helps your body recover after a workout, vitamin B&D have numerous other health benefits such as better sleep, to name just one.

Water will wake you up at night to go pee. 🚽
And what you'll pee, will be, you guessed it:

Just water.

So we're not saying water is bad.
Beer might just be better.

Cheers uncle Tom!
