Article 1 - Duration

This is a temporary campaign requiring a purchase.

The prize winners will be selected according to the contest formula described in Article 5 below. The winner will receive a Ryzon cycling outfit.

Article 2 – Participants

2.1 The contest is open to residents of Belgium who are at least 18 years old, excluding the persons described below in article 2.2.

Participation in this contest implies the acceptance of these rules without any reservation. No disputes in this regard will be considered.

2.2 The following persons are excluded from participating in the contest: (a) companies affiliated with Thrive and their marketing advisors, as well as their respective family members living at the same address, and (b) anyone who is directly or indirectly connected to the organization of this contest.

Article 3 – Exclusion

The Organizer may at any time exclude a person/participant from participating in this contest or other Thrive contests in case of breach of any of the participation conditions, or in case of abuse, cheating, fraud, or bad faith participation in the contest.

Article 4 – Prizes

The contest prize consists of the following: a Ryzon cycling outfit.

4.1 The prize is fixed and is not exchangeable for other goods or its value in cash. The prize is also personal; Thrive will not honor requests from winners to transfer the prize to third parties.

4.2 In case of refusal of the prize by a winner, or for any other reason for not awarding a prize to a winner, the prize will be forfeited.

Article 5 – Contest

Participants can enter the contest by filling out the entry form on our website. They receive the link to this form upon purchasing Thrive beer. Participation is only valid with the complete filling out of the contest form.

The winner is determined by correctly answering the quiz question, "How many Thrive cans have we sold in 2023?". The winner is the person who, comes closest to the tiebreaker question. In the case of more than one correct answer, the person who first provided the correct number will win.

Article 6 – Communication

Thrive reserves the right to post about the contest on social media. Thrive will not communicate the winners of the contest to the public or to other participants, except with the express consent of the respective winners.

Article 7 – Liability

7.1 Thrive, its employees, or any third party involved in this contest, can never be held liable for any loss, damage of any kind, arising from the organization of this contest, including participation in the contest, the selection of winners, and the awarding of the prize.

7.2 Thrive reserves the right to modify, postpone, shorten, or cancel the contest or part of it due to unforeseen circumstances, changes in legislation, or following a decision by the competent Federal Public Service (FPS). If such a change is implemented, participants or other persons have no right to claim any compensation.

These rules are subject to Belgian law, and any dispute regarding the interpretation or application thereof falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of West Flanders.

Article 8 – Complaints

Any complaints regarding the contest and its procedure will be dismissed.

Article 9 – Identification

The personal data on the registration form is decisive for determining who has performed the act of participation and is therefore the legitimate winner.

Article 10 – Announcement

The winners will be contacted by phone and/or email. Thrive will attempt to contact these winners a maximum of three times. They have a period of five working days after the last contact to respond and agree to the prize. After this period, a new winner will be declared according to the ranking of the store results and will be contacted using the same procedure.

Article 11 – Protection of Your Personal Data

For the protection of your personal data that you provide to Thrive in the context of this contest, we refer to the privacy statement available on our website. We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement from time to time. You will always find the latest version on https://thrive.be/privacy-policy. Participants agree that any error or incorrect information regarding identity or address will automatically lead to the elimination of participation.

Participating stores do not receive personal data from participants in this contest. The contest forms are filled in by the participants themselves and deposited in a box provided by the participating store, which will be delivered to Thrive for further processing in the context of the contest.

Article 12 – Acceptance of Contest Rules

By participating in the contest, the participant unconditionally accepts the content and all provisions of these contest rules and conditions, as well as any decision the organization may make to ensure the proper conduct of the contest. These contest rules will also be available in the store.

Article 13 - Miscellaneous

Printing, spelling, or other errors cannot be invoked as grounds for any obligation whatsoever.
