Our open positions

Account Manager

You take your sport seriously. But you also enjoy a pint on a terrace, a snack between two meetings, a night out. Thrive exists because you shouldn’t have to choose between the two.

We make tasty stuff for active people: the version that won’t cost you tomorrow. We keep the things people love and replace what works against them. Alcohol out, protein, vitamins and magnesium in. Sugar out, electrolytes in.

We started in 2021 with the world’s first sports recovery beer. Then came our vitamin beer and our relaxation beer. From the end of 2026, we’re going far beyond beer with a range of new products: sodas, sachets, crisps, etc. All functional and as healthy as possible. Always the same principle, just for more moments of the day.

Where we are today: more than 20,000 online customers and more than 1,000 points of sale in Belgium — supermarkets, drinks wholesalers, hospitality, fitness and sports clubs — plus growing exports.

To make that happen on the ground, we’re looking for a new Account Manager for East Flanders and Brussels.

What you’ll do

  • Your region is your business. Revenue, listings, visibility and relationships in East Flanders and Brussels: they’re yours.
  • You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll take over an existing customer portfolio in your region, plus a list of customers to reactivate. Familiar doors, so you won’t have to start cold-calling from day one.
  • You launch, you don’t just maintain. Three new ranges are coming in your first year. You decide which door gets which product first, and you get it onto the shelf, into the fridge and onto the menu.
  • You make the map bigger. Thrive is no longer just a beer brand, so your customer universe gets broader: fitness and padel clubs, cycling and running shops, coffee & lunch bars, convenience stores, company restaurants — anywhere active people eat and drink.
  • You defend what we already have. Rotation, shelf and fridge space, secondary placements, repeat orders and promotions together with your customers.
  • You use the drinks wholesalers. One drinks wholesaler in your region can reach dozens of cafés you’ll never walk into yourself. Getting this right is a powerful lever.
  • You’re visible in your region. Local activations, competitions and events, and trade shows together with the rest of the team.
  • You keep the system tidy. If a visit or appointment isn’t in Odoo, it didn’t happen (just like sport and Strava).

How we’ll measure you after a year

Repeat purchases from your existing customers, the new points of sale you’ve opened, the rollout of new products in your region and the dormant customers you’ve brought back to life.

Who we’re looking for

  • Someone with an active lifestyle who can speak credibly about training, recovery and nutrition. You don’t have to be a top athlete, but you shouldn’t be afraid of a kettlebell.
  • Someone who gets energy from being on the road and around people, not from sitting behind a desk.
  • Dutch as your native language, with French good enough to sell in Brussels.
  • Commercially minded and comfortable with numbers: price per case, margin, promotional mechanics, a listing proposal.
  • Disciplined with follow-up and CRM. Chatting opens the door; following up keeps the orders coming in.
  • Someone who is willing to take ownership of a region while working smoothly with the team in the office.
  • Sales experience is a plus. Drive, curiosity and the right mindset matter just as much.
  • Full UK/EU driving licence (Category B).

What we offer

  • Your own region in a brand that’s building a category rather than fighting for a place in someone else’s.
  • Three product launches in your first twelve months. Few FMCG sales jobs give you that.
  • Real responsibility from day one, with short decision-making lines: we make decisions within a few days at most.
  • Freedom over your region and your schedule.
  • A fixed salary plus a bonus based on the growth of your own region, a company car with fuel or charging card, mobile phone plan, laptop and 30 days’ holiday (statutory + ADV).
  • A team where sport and health are at the heart of what we do.

Content Creative

We’re hiring a Content Creative at Thrive
You’re part filmmaker, part designer, part internet native.

You move between camera, canvas and concept without switching gears. Screen or street, studio or sideline, you’re in your element. You handle a camera like it’s muscle memory. Photo or video. And you can talk to athletes and ambassadors like they’re teammates. Even if Greg Van Avermaet casually asks you where the toilet is.

Thrive isn’t a typical beer brand. We build functional, alcohol-free beers with protein, vitamins and magnesium. Built for people who want more out of life and still enjoy it. We’re scaling fast across Belgium and Europe.

In 2026 we’re building our in-house creative engine. One that powers the brand far beyond borders. We want someone who helps drive it.

What you do

  • Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and ads. You shoot it. Cut it. Craft it. Make thumbs stop.
  • Use AI as a creative amplifier. Ideas faster. Variations smarter. Concepts sharper.
  • Turn thoughts into scripts and scripts into visuals. Photo and video.
  • Run nimble shoots with athletes, ambassadors or yourself.
  • Think like a brand, not a freelancer. You read culture, timing and attention like signals.
  • Bring spark to brainstorms. Stretch ideas past the obvious.
  • Design visuals that feel clean, bold and built to be seen.
  • Work from Ghent or Brussels.
  • You report directly to our brand & creative lead.

Who you are

  • You’ve built things before. Content, campaigns, formats. Portfolio required.
  • You create independently. Film. Edit. Design. Deliver.
  • Tools don’t intimidate you. Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Figma.
  • AI is already in your workflow or you’re first in line to master it.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • You feel at home where sport, lifestyle, innovation and culture meet.
  • Curious by default. Online by instinct.
You take ownership. You test. You learn. You refine. You go again.
  • You report directly to the marketing manager and founder. You don’t just execute content. You help shape it.

What you get

  • A core seat inside a fast-growing, rule-breaking brand.
  • Real impact. Your work becomes how people see Thrive.
  • Hybrid work from Ghent or Brussels.
  • Freedom to experiment. Room to explore. Space to build.
  • Open culture. Short lines. Real responsibility.
  • Competitive salary and extras.
  • Unlimited Thrive at the office.
