When is the best time to drink THRIVE?
Thrive was developed as a tasty alternative to a regular after sports recovery drink. It is best enjoyed within the first 1-2 hours after sports, when your body needs protein and carbs to recover.
How many should I have after sports?
The amount of protein you need depends on your own bodyweight and how long and intense your workout was. As guidance, consume as follows within the 1-2 hours after sports:
- light to moderate workout: 1 Thrive, 10g protein
- moderate to hard workout: 2 Thrives, 20g protein
Can I enjoy Thrive without working out first?
Absolutely. You can perfectly enjoy a Thrive without exercising first, since protein and carbs fit nicely within a balanced diet. But do keep in mind your total calorie intake and burn.
